DFLCD adopts 4-day onsite work week starting April 6, 2026
The Department of Family Life and Child Development will adopt a 4-day onsite work week, with Mondays as the designated common work-from-home day. This will be effective starting April 6, 2026 (Monday) until further notice.
Special considerations for on-site activities on Mondays include:
Laboratory classes (if any)
UPCDC Household attendants, for their regular classroom upkeep, mornings only.
Janitorial and security personnel follow regular schedules.
In case of holidays:
The holiday becomes the no-on-site workday. For this semester, the upcoming holidays include:
Staff and faculty will report onsite for the remaining days of the week (4 days) for the regular 8-hour workdays.
