Asst. Prof. Erickson M. Maclid
Asst. Prof. Erickson M. Maclid graduated cum laude with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Family Life and Child Development and earned a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Asst. Prof. Maclid is also a licensed professional teacher. He has published journal articles and conducted seminars and workshops on early childhood development and family life. He is also the author of various children’s storybooks focused on Early Science and Mathematics. Asst. Prof. Maclid has led STEM research projects in early childhood and the area of social and emotional learning for children. He has taught courses such as Child Development, Child Development Programs, Integrated Core Curriculum, and Pre-Service Teaching in Early Childhood Development (ECD) at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Additionally, he previously taught preschool classes at the U.P. Child Development Center.
