Ms. Bela Pauline Inventor, MA
Bela Pauline T. Basco-Inventor, MFLCD, is a dedicated educator, leader, and training expert with over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, and program implementation. She currently serves as the Founding Directress of Ideate and Create Learning Hub - Enriched Learning Labs and a Lecturer at the University of the Philippines-Diliman, where she designs programs focused on child and community development. Bela previously served as Program Director for the Corazon Atayde Memorial Foundation, leading literacy and teacher-training initiatives nationwide. She has also contributed to projects with UNICEF-Philippines, including the development of socio-emotional learning modules for Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL). With more than a decade as Preschool Head at Multiple Intelligence International School, she brings extensive insight into nurturing young learners. A graduate of UP Diliman (MFLCD) and Miriam College (BS Behavioral Sciences), Bela is also an author of children’s storybooks and early grade math textbooks. She is a passionate advocate for literacy, play, sustainability, and community-based learning.
