Asst. Prof. Ma. Lara Angela S. Daloos
Assistant Professor Ma. Lara Angela S. Daloos, also known as Teacher L.A., has been a licensed professional teacher since 2013 and a full-time faculty member of the Department of Family Life and Child Development since 2020. She has experience teaching infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-aged children, and undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, Teacher L.A. is a children's storybook writer in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute, introducing children aged three years and above to fundamental concepts in Science and Mathematics. Her service extends to writing training modules and conducting training for child development teachers and workers in partnership with the United Nations Children's Fund, Knowledge Channel Foundation, and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. Empowered by her experiences with her family of origin and procreation, Teacher L.A. remains committed to ensuring the well-being of children and their families through continuous teaching and lifelong learning.
