Dr. Dulce Monina Constancia P. Abutal, PhD
Teacher Dulce is a returning regular faculty member at the DFLCD. She served as the Faculty-in-Charge of the UP Child Development Center from 2008 to 2010 and was a Professorial Lecturer from 2025 to 2026 after finishing her PhD in Home Economics. Her classroom teaching experience spans daycare, preschool, kindergarten, and undergraduate and graduate classes, both here and abroad. Teacher Dulce has worked with private, government, and non-government agencies as a curriculum writer, facilitator of training seminars and workshops for child development workers and teachers, and consultant in early childhood program management. She advocates for play, early literacy, spiritual nurture, and quality of life for children, their families, and society.
