Dr. Dulce Monina Constancia P. Abutal, PhD
Teacher Dulce is an early childhood educator with many years of classroom teaching experience in the daycare, preschool, kindergarten, college, and graduate school levels. She served as the school director of KBCF Kinder Care; after which, she was employed as a preschool teacher in an IB plus school in Batam, Indonesia. Teacher Dulce was one of the consultants in the refinement of the national kindergarten curriculum guide in 2016, and she was part of the team that wrote the lesson exemplars of the MATATAG curriculum for kindergarten in 2023. She has conducted numerous training seminars and workshops among teachers, parents, caregivers, child development workers, and school administrators, both in the private and public school sectors. Teacher Dulce co-authored A Course Module on Foundations of Early Childhood Education, published by REX Bookstore in 2021. She is an expert novice in Home Economics.
